  • Organize end-to-end RFP responses with Sales, Product, Ops, and Pricing.
  • Produce high-quality, persuasive, technically accurate proposals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure technical coherence of our offer.
  • Own the RFP calendar with reverse planning, kickoffs, deadlines, blockers.
  • Build and maintain an RFP knowledge library to standardize responses.
  • Implement AI tools to improve response quality and handover.

  • 4+ years in project management, consulting or tender/bid management.
  • Experienced in enterprise RFPs with multiple stakeholders; CAC40/SBF120 preferred.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Strong project management: planning, stakeholder mgmt, monitoring.
  • Strong product/technical appetite; translate product into RFP narratives.
  • French (spoken/written) and advanced English; relocate to Paris.
