๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead end-to-end RFP responses for Enterprise accounts (3000+ FTEs)
  • Coordinate end-to-end response processes with sales, product, ops, pricing
  • Produce high-quality, persuasive, technically accurate proposals
  • Ensure technical coherence via cross-functional inputs (Sales, Legal, Ops)
  • Govern bids with Go/No-Go and quality gates
  • Own RFP calendar, deadlines, blockers; ensure on-time submissions

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in project management, consulting or tender/bid mgmt
  • Enterprise RFPs experience (CAC40/SBF120)
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong planning, stakeholder management, monitoring
  • Product/technical appetite; quick mastery of Alan product
  • French (full) and English proficiency; Paris relocation
