  • Lead enterprise RFP responses; coordinate end-to-end processes with sales, product, ops, pricing.
  • Produce high-quality, persuasive proposals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure technical coherence.
  • Govern bids via Go/No-Go; manage calendars; escalate blockers.
  • Own RFP calendar; run kick-offs; track deadlines; ensure on-time submissions.
  • Build RFP library and automate processes; share best practices; monitor market intel.

  • 4+ years in project management, consulting or tender management.
  • Experienced in complex enterprise RFPs with CAC40 or SBF120.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Outstanding project management: planning, stakeholder management, monitoring.
  • Strong product/technical appetite; master Alan's product for RFPs; tools: AI LLM, Salesforce, Notion, Responsive, Loopio.
  • Fluent in French; advanced English; living in or willing to relocate to Paris.
