  • Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification to contract award.
  • Develop and maintain robust bid plans, coordinating all bid activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering winning bids for complex opportunities.
  • Strong bid/proposal management with end-to-end bid cycles.
  • Experience applying Shipley methodology or equivalent structured bid framework.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders internally and with customers.
  • Sound commercial understanding, including P&L awareness and risk management.
  • Strong organisational skills; manage multiple bids under deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proposal storytelling.
  • High proficiency in MS Office; experience with RFP360 and Adobe.
  • Degree educated; self-starter with problem-solving capability.
  • Knowledge of Miller Heiman or equivalent sales methodologies is desirable.
  • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.
