π― Requirements
- Proven experience delivering winning bids for complex opportunities.
- Strong bid/proposal management with end-to-end bid cycles.
- Experience applying Shipley methodology or equivalent structured bid framework.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders internally and with customers.
- Sound commercial understanding, including P&L awareness and risk management.
- Strong organisational skills; manage multiple bids under deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proposal storytelling.
- High proficiency in MS Office; experience with RFP360 and Adobe.
- Degree educated; self-starter with problem-solving capability.
- Knowledge of Miller Heiman or equivalent sales methodologies is desirable.
- Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.
