🎯 Requirements

3+ years in help desk or technical support of apps, servers, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies.
Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices.
Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend solutions.
Strong collaboration skills and team-selling mindset.
Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
