VP of Social Impact

Overview

Beyond Finance is seeking a VP of Social Impact to lead the company’s social impact strategy, partnerships, and community engagement. This executive will drive ESG initiatives, stakeholder communications, and CSR programs that align with business goals and enhance our positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy that supports growth while advancing community and stakeholder value.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with nonprofits, government entities, and community organizations.
• Lead ESG initiatives, reporting, and transparent communication with investors and other stakeholders.
• Champion financial inclusion and responsible finance within the organization and externally.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate CSR across operations, products, and branding.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in social impact, CSR, or ESG, preferably within the finance or fintech sectors.
• Strong relationship-building, advocacy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with fundraising, grants, partnerships, or program development.
• Excellent strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
