Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Culture to lead our people strategy and scale culture as we grow. You will partner with the executive team to codify our values, design scalable people programs, and create an environment where every team member can do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive culture strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Lead Human Resources and People Operations, including talent management, onboarding, performance development, compensation design, and benefits.
• Develop and oversee diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Own internal communications, change management, and organizational design to scale teams effectively.
• Build and analyze people analytics to inform decisions and measure culture health.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure organizational values are lived across all functions and locations.
• Oversee learning and development programs, leadership coaching, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or culture leadership, preferably in fast-growing organizations.
• Proven track record in scaling culture and people programs in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
