Position: VP of Culture

Location: Houston (On-site)

Beyond Finance is seeking a strategic, data-driven VP of Culture to partner with the executive team in shaping and scaling a people-first organization. This executive will own the development and execution of people strategy, culture, DEI, and leadership capability to enable sustained growth from a people perspective in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Define, embody, and promote core values; cultivate an engaging, inclusive workplace.
• Lead talent strategy including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Shape DEI strategy and employee engagement programs, recognition, and inclusion.
• Oversee HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and people analytics.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and monitor people analytics dashboards and KPIs; report insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior People/HR leadership; proven success in scaling culture in growth environments.
• Deep knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, and HRIS.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change-management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
