VP of Culture

Overview

Beyond Finance is seeking a strategic VP of Culture to lead all people-related initiatives and shape the company’s values, people practices, and workplace experience. In this executive role, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team to design and implement the culture strategy, talent development, diversity and inclusion programs, performance management, and leadership development. You will build scalable people operations, oversee talent acquisition in collaboration with hiring managers, and foster a high-trust environment that enables rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive culture and people strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and leadership development programs.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and cultivate an inclusive workplace.
• Establish scalable people processes, policies, and systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape employer brand and communication strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR/People leadership with a track record of scaling teams in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong strategic and operational skills with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience leading culture initiatives in fintech or technology companies.
• Demonstrated commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
