Beyond Finance is seeking an SVP of Business Transformation to lead the company’s transformation strategy and drive operational excellence. Based in Austin, this executive role partners with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap that accelerates growth and improves efficiency across the organization.

Role Overview

As the SVP of Business Transformation, you will lead cross-functional programs across product, technology, operations, and finance, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and measurable impact. You will champion change management and build a high-performance, scalable organization, collaborating with the executive team to align initiatives with strategic priorities. This role reports to the CEO and is based in Austin.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the company-wide transformation strategy and roadmap
Lead cross-functional programs spanning product, technology, operations, and finance
Ensure timely delivery, governance, and measurable impact of all transformation initiatives
Champion change management and develop a scalable, high-performance organization
Partner with senior leadership to align initiatives with strategic priorities

Qualifications

15+ years of senior leadership experience in transformation or executive operations
Proven track record delivering large-scale programs, ideally in fintech or financial services
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Data-driven, collaborative leadership style; MBA or equivalent preferred
