Overview
Beyond Finance is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform to support IT operations, incident response, change management, and business processes. This role is based in Chicago, IL and reports to the IT Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure ServiceNow instances (ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management).
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows, catalog items, forms, and reports.
- Manage user roles, access controls, dashboards, and security best practices.
- Coordinate incident response, problem management, change management, and release processes.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., identity providers, monitoring tools).
- Monitor performance and implement enhancements to ensure reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Proven experience administering ServiceNow in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management.
- Customization and development experience in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript) and UI policies.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow System Administrator) are a plus.
