Beyond Finance is a fintech company focused on helping people manage and pay down debt through data-driven strategies. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join our growth-focused team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, you will design and drive analytics that measure marketing performance, enable data-driven decision making, and optimize customer acquisition and lifecycle initiatives. You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver insights that improve ROI across channels.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards to monitor performance across channels
Analyze campaign results, attribution, and ROI; develop measurement frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and data requirements
Design experiments and analyze results to optimize campaigns and funnel performance
Communicate insights and present recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related field
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, other tagging frameworks) and attribution modeling
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (optional but preferred)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
