Negotiations Specialist at Beyond Finance
Beyond Finance is seeking a Negotiations Specialist to lead contract negotiations with vendors and partners. This remote role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and careful contract management to secure favorable terms while maintaining compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams to drive efficient deal cycles, draft and redline agreements, and implement improvements to our contracting playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with vendors and partners
- Review, draft, and redline contracts to ensure favorable terms
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment with policy
- Maintain contract records and track performance metrics
- Help develop and improve negotiation playbooks and processes
- Manage multiple deals concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in contract negotiations or procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; fintech/financial services exposure is a plus
