Beyond Finance is seeking a Client Retention Specialist (Remote) to nurture and grow client relationships, drive renewal opportunities, and ensure ongoing client success. In this remote role, you will collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support teams to resolve client inquiries, collect feedback, and implement strategies that maximize retention and satisfaction. This full-time position offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our clients' financial well-being and to grow with a fast-paced fintech team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Monitor product usage and client health metrics
- Identify renewal opportunities and coordinate with Sales for contract renewals
- Address client concerns and coordinate cross-functional support
- Gather feedback and contribute to client success programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or customer support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
