Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Overview

Beyond Finance is seeking a motivated, bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales process, helping them understand Beyond Finance's debt relief offerings. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that relies on strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Present Beyond Finance solutions and handle objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (bilingual).
• 1+ year of inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
