Overview
Beyond Finance is seeking a proactive Bilingual Client Retention Specialist to build lasting relationships with our clients. This remote role focuses on client satisfaction and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communications to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve client issues.
- Maintain client records and health metrics in the CRM.
- Provide bilingual support across written and spoken channels.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client retention, customer success, or account management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
