Account Resolution Specialist (Onsite) – Beyond Finance
Overview
Beyond Finance is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist (Onsite) to join our finance team in Houston, TX. You will manage customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support collections and billing processes while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Review and resolve customer account discrepancies
- Communicate with customers to explain account status and request payments
- Coordinate with billing and collections teams to facilitate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity
- Uphold company policies and comply with applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
