Description
Closers are responsible for driving the internal CTC to Fund processes: including CD creation, closing package creation, and quality reviews.
Generate accurate and timely disclosures and documents and Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts
Responsibilities
●
Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.●
Generate accurate and timely disclosures and closing documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met..●
Confirm Closing Appointment and Balance Final Closing disclosure by coordinating with settlement agents.●
Schedule Closing by coordinating with settlement agents and external parties.●
Coordinate with E2E coordinator and title companies to secure traction against key milestones●
Issue identification and resolution●
Ensure loans fund on time●
Assist with post-closing disbursement issues, supp wires, etc..Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets
●
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.●
Minimum of [1] years of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role.●
Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines.●
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.●
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.●
Proficient in using mortgage industry software and tools.●
