🎯 Requirements

10+ years in aerospace/automotive/advanced manufacturing
DFM and concurrent engineering for complex parts
Redesign components/processes to improve manufacturability
Cross-functional with design/tooling for feedback during reviews
Hands-on with CNC, additive manufacturing, welding, laser, and water jet
Catia or SolidWorks proficiency
