📋 Description

  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Resolves, escalates, and manages the resolution of challenging client requests and/or complex account demands.
  • Assesses customer needs, identifies requirements, and develops cohesive plans to drive adoption of Fleetworthy program.
  • Evaluates client data, prepares relevant reports, and implements action plans as needed.
  • Schedules and conducts regular customer reviews to set objectives and optimize the program.
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales to brainstorm campaigns and capture customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, Planhat, or Gainsight preferred
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (product, sales, support, marketing)
