Berkadia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team in Ambler, Pennsylvania. This hybrid role supports planning, analysis, and reporting to drive key strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and rolling 12-month projections.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including scenario analyses and sensitivity testing.
• Perform variance analysis, explain drivers of performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare management reporting packages and dashboards with KPIs for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and other functions to improve forecasting processes and data quality.
• Support capital planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
