Berkadia is seeking a Real Estate Analyst - Hotels and Hospitality to support investment analysis and asset evaluation for hospitality portfolios. This role combines financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to inform acquisition and financing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models (cash flows, NOI, cap rates) for hotel assets
- Conduct market research and comps analysis for hospitality markets
- Assist in due diligence activities for acquisitions and financing packages
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Investment Sales team and asset management for portfolio insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of real estate analysis experience, hospitality preferred
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Argus or similar modeling tools a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
