Berkadia is seeking a Lead Associate - Corporate Development to support strategic initiatives, financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution as part of the Corporate Development team. This HYBRID role is based in Midvale, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence on target opportunities.
• Assist in deal structuring, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations).
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain up-to-date financial and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or a related area.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
