Berkadia is seeking an Analyst to support Corporate Development initiatives, including market analysis, financial modeling, and deal execution. This hybrid, full-time role collaborates with senior leadership across strategy, corporate development, and finance to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, sum-of-the-parts) to evaluate potential acquisitions and investments.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal materials for senior leadership and board reviews.
• Support due diligence processes, including data room reviews and coordination with external advisors.
• Assist with transaction execution, integration planning, and post-close support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Knowledge of real estate finance and commercial real estate markets.
