Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing corporate development opportunities, including potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.
• Develop and maintain financial models (DCF, NPV/IRR, scenario analyses) to assess investment value and strategic fit.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sector trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, manage data rooms, and support post-transaction integration and value realization analyses.
• Collaborate with finance, strategy, operations, and legal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and track progress of strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• 0-2 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic planning.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Familiarity with real estate finance or capital markets is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, and effective communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams.
