About the Role

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, streamline onboarding, manage support workflows, and partner with product, sales, and marketing to drive retention and advocacy. This role is remote and requires a customer-centric mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding to ongoing support
Design and optimize customer journeys to improve retention and satisfaction
Manage customer support workflows and ticketing, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to translate customer feedback into product improvements
Measure and report on customer success metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn) and act on insights
Develop scalable programs for onboarding, education, and self-service resources

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer experience, customer success, or operations management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret feedback data and drive improvements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
