What you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor benefit solutions for the Select Market.
- Advise on plan design, vendors, and implementation strategies.
- Support ongoing program administration and client relationships in a fully remote environment.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure high-quality service.
Who you are
- Experience in employee benefits, benefits consulting, HR, or brokerage.
- Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare benefits, compliance, and market practices.
