Role Overview

As a Benefits Consultant, you will work directly with client organizations to understand their needs, demonstrate Bennie’s capabilities, design tailored benefits configurations, and support implementation and adoption across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with employer clients to understand their benefits goals.
Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and landscape analyses of benefits options.
Demonstrate Bennie’s platform and present customized benefit solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver client value.
Prepare proposals, project plans, and configuration recommendations.
Support onboarding and implementation, including data imports and enrollments.
Monitor adoption, success metrics, and client satisfaction; provide ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

3+ years in employee benefits, benefits consulting, or a related client-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate client needs into effective Bennie solutions.
Strong project management and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
