About Bennie
Bennie is a modern benefits platform committed to improving how employers design and manage employee benefits. We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our remote team and help administer and analyze Bennie’s benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze benefits data and KPIs to inform plan design and cost optimization
- Maintain accurate benefits data and support enrollment processes
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor utilization, costs, and vendor performance
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to resolve data discrepancies
- Support compliance and process improvements related to benefits administration
Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration or HR data analysis
- Strong Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data reporting tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
