Define and champion the product vision and strategy with stakeholder and client needs.
Lead user management to deliver global authentication and authorization with ecosystem SSO.
Manage products across their lifecycle from market requirements to feature prioritization.
Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver successful products.
Own and groom a prioritized UIAM backlog for multiple distributed scrum teams.
Lead refinement sessions; break epics into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in senior product management, SaaS, incl. 3+ years in IAM.
Led teams in User Management, Authentication, CIAM, or SSO (Okta/Auth0).
Strong knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, MFA; IAM tools (Okta/Auth0).
Familiarity with GDPR, HIPPA, SOC 2 and data privacy.
Agile development experience.
Experience with remote teams; travel may be required.
