🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS with ESG or CSR experience preferred
- Strong Agile methodologies, Scrum, with hands on backlog management
- Excellent communication and collaboration; translate complex requirements into actionable tasks
- Passion for social impact; familiarity with SDGs, GRI, SASB, or B Corp a plus
- Proficient with Aha, Jira, Confluence, Figma, impact data platforms, and AI technologies
- Comfortable balancing technical fluency with empathy for mission driven users
