🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment, preferably with ESG/CSR/nonprofit tech
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on backlog management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks
- Passion for social impact; familiarity with SDGs, GRI, SASB, or B Corp is a plus
- Proficient with tools like Aha, Jira, Confluence, Figma, impact data platforms, and AI technologies
