  • Own end-to-end US benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
  • Lead US open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment with vendors and communications.
  • Administer US 401(k): enrollments, changes, loans, distributions, audits.
  • Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life events; support reporting and billing.
  • Be primary contact for benefits questions (plans, enrollments, claims, retirement).
  • Process leaves of absence (medical/personal/ADA) and interpret FMLA with HR.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 years US benefits administration.
  • Experience managing US 401(k) retirement plans and annual audits.
  • Strong US compliance knowledge (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms and with brokers/carriers.
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
