- Own end-to-end US benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
- Lead US open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment with vendors and communications.
- Administer US 401(k): enrollments, changes, loans, distributions, audits.
- Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life events; support reporting and billing.
- Be primary contact for benefits questions (plans, enrollments, claims, retirement).
- Process leaves of absence (medical/personal/ADA) and interpret FMLA with HR.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 years US benefits administration.
- Experience managing US 401(k) retirement plans and annual audits.
- Strong US compliance knowledge (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
- Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms and with brokers/carriers.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
