  • Own end-to-end US benefits admin: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leaves, retirement.
  • Lead US open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment activities.
  • Administer the US 401(k) program, including audits.

  • Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms and brokers/carriers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality; strong communication across time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
