- 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ years US benefits administration.
- Experience managing US 401(k) program, audits.
- Strong understanding of US compliance: ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.
- Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms and brokers/carriers.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality; strong communication across time zones.
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
