π― Requirements
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling startup.
- Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, able to prioritize effectively.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and improve efficiency.
