  • Own day-to-day admin of all company benefit programs across HRIS, payroll, and carriers.
  • Ensure benefits operations run accurately and cleanly across systems.
  • Reconcile deductions and employer contributions; transmit to carriers.
  • Audit 401(k) contributions and support timely remittance.
  • Manage eligibility feeds and troubleshoot carrier file transmission issues.
  • Pull, analyze, and compare reports to validate data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years benefits administration experience.
  • Strong health, welfare, and retirement operations knowledge.
  • Experience reconciling payroll deductions and carrier invoices.
  • Ability to pull/analyze reports across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
  • Experience with brokers and insurance carriers.
  • CEBS or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
