Partner with brokers/providers for smooth plan admin, renewals, updates.
Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Ops, and internal stakeholders on benefits.
Analyze benefits utilization, benchmarks, and employee feedback to improve programs.
Build cross-functional relationships to align benefits with company goals.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in benefits administration/analysis (tech SaaS).
Experience with international programs across EMEA, APJ, NAMER.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS such as Workday.
Travel quarterly; design thinking/product-like approaches; AI tools (ChatGPT).
