  • Administer benefits ops across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in benefits administration and HR operations.
  • Experience supporting a global organization; coordination with global payroll and benefits brokers/partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or benefits platforms.
  • Track record of process improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain HR and benefits clearly.
