  • Support health benefits operations: onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and adjustments.
  • Ensure customer data is entered accurately and on time in our system.
  • Offboard employees as medical benefits updates arrive.
  • Provide reports to customers and third-party benefits providers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email; partner with enablement.
  • Support client onboarding and mentor Customer Success to lead it.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-volume operational roles; tech or health insurance background.
  • Growth mindset; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Obsessively organized and detail-oriented.
  • Data-entry and reporting experience with third-party and proprietary software.
  • Entertainment payroll experience is preferred but not required.
