- Support health benefits operations: onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and adjustments.
- Ensure customer data is entered accurately and on time in our system.
- Offboard employees as medical benefits updates arrive.
- Provide reports to customers and third-party benefits providers.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email; partner with enablement.
- Support client onboarding and mentor Customer Success to lead it.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in high-volume operational roles; tech or health insurance background.
- Growth mindset; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Obsessively organized and detail-oriented.
- Data-entry and reporting experience with third-party and proprietary software.
- Entertainment payroll experience is preferred but not required.
