  • Experience launching international benefits in new markets, ideally with an EOR or vendors.
  • Strong expertise in ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and IRS regulations.
  • Proven ownership of open enrollment cycles and ongoing benefits administration.
  • Experience driving renewals, plan design, and cost modeling.
  • Cross-functional partner with Payroll, Finance, and Accounting for compliance.
