🎯 Requirements

QFA and APA in Health Insurance; full qualification
3+ years in health insurance renewals; group risk or employee benefits
Strong Irish/UK health markets knowledge; IPMI exposure & embedded distribution preferred
Experience managing multi-stakeholder renewal processes; pricing analysis
Highly organised; manage a large renewal calendar and concurrent processes
Cross-functional collaboration across Benefits, Product, CS and Expansions
