🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years HR or Benefits administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong accuracy and confidentiality; manage multiple sensitive files.
  • Strong numerical skills for payroll adjustments and leaves.
  • Agility/adaptability; pivot between tasks without losing detail.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP) and Leave Mgmt software.
