π― Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred but not required.
- 2+ years HR or Benefits administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accuracy and confidentiality; manage multiple sensitive files.
- Strong numerical skills for payroll adjustments and leaves.
- Agility/adaptability; pivot between tasks without losing detail.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP) and Leave Mgmt software.
