🎯 Requirements

- 1-year HR Admin/Benefits experience.
- Knowledge of CA/MA leave statutes preferred.
- HRIS experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- FMLA/ERISA/ACA/HIPAA knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication.
