🎯 Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting experience across diverse market segments.
- Deep knowledge of funding mechanisms and large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Life & Health Producer’s License.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Nice-to-Have: Team leadership or project leadership experience.
