- Partner with Senior Benefits PM, People Ops, Payroll, Legal, and agencies to stay compliant.
- Administer Workday benefits and absence module; support transactions and improvements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in HR Operations, with 2+ years in benefits and leave administration, tech-focused.
- Experience administering complex leave programs and sensitive employee cases.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Workday (required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
