  • Tier 2 contact for benefits and leave questions for employees, managers, and People partners.
  • Administer global leave programs with tracking, pay coordination, and returns.
  • Manage global workplace accommodations with HRBPs, Legal, and Workplace teams.
  • Provide guidance and documentation to help employees understand benefits, leaves, and accommodations.
  • Partner with Senior Benefits PM, People Ops, Payroll, Legal, and agencies to stay compliant.
  • Administer Workday benefits and absence module; support transactions and improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in HR Operations, with 2+ years in benefits and leave administration, tech-focused.
  • Experience administering complex leave programs and sensitive employee cases.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Workday (required).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
