  • Act as Tier 2 contact for benefits and leave questions.
  • Administer global leave programs incl income protection and LTD.
  • Manage global accommodation cases; ensure compliance.
  • Help employees understand benefits, leaves, and accommodations.
  • Partner with Senior Benefits PM, People Ops, brokers, Payroll, Legal, HRBPs.
  • Serve as Workday benefits and absence module administrator.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years HR Operations, 2+ years benefits/leave admin.
  • Experience administering complex leaves programs.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and audits.
  • Experience working in Workday (required).
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
