  • Provide outstanding service to employees and managers during the leave process.
  • Respond timely and accurately to leave questions via email, phone, and in person.
  • Coordinate with third-party leave administrator and disability carrier.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave statutes.
  • Identify and implement leave process improvements.
  • Advise employees on health and welfare benefits questions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years HR experience in generalist or benefits
  • CEBS, PHR, or similar certification (preferred)
  • MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
