π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years HR experience in generalist or benefits
- CEBS, PHR, or similar certification (preferred)
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
