Ensure regulatory compliance for regional benefits (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
Analyze plan utilization and spend; generate leadership reports.
Partner with brokers and carriers to monitor performance and resolve escalations.
Act as SME for benefits inquiries; craft communications for hires and open enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

Foundational AI/ML understanding to optimize outcomes in your domain.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
5+ years HR benefits administration with ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA knowledge.
2+ years in a role with structured project management.
Advanced Excel + HRIS experience (Workday/ADP/Oracle/UKG).
