- Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries; timely, accurate support across programs.
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations: lifecycle events, invoicing and billing; maintain HRIS (Workday) and vendor systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regs: Form 5500, 1095-C, nondiscrimination testing.
- Support benefits administration across the Americas, including US Open Enrollment cycles.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to analyze/reconcile benefits data and support budgeting.
- Create and deliver communications to promote awareness of benefits and wellness programs.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HC or related field, or equivalent.
- 3+ years progressive benefits/wellness experience for U.S. plans.
- Knowledge of Americas benefits design: healthcare, work-life, retirement, payroll.
- Exceptional project management; able to meet tight deadlines with follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; interface with all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday) and vendor/broker relationships.
