BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our family in Cave Junction, OR. 

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 / year

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure

Also known as “The Gateway to the Oregon Caves”, this close-knit town is nestled at the foothills of the Siskiyou Mountains and offers adventurers multiple cave diving opportunities. Our Cave Junction clinic treats a variety of orthopedic injuries. Our clinical family not only collaborates within the clinic walls, but also bonds over outdoor adventures!

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications.  Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
